Notice of production and publication of the proposed Local Development Plan and associated documents, including a Core Paths Plan.
Consultation Period: 5 April 2013 - 5 July 2013
As part of the preparation of the Local Development Plan to guide development and land use change over the next 10 – 20 years, the CNPA has produced a proposed Local Development plan and associated Strategic Environmental Assessment Environmental Report and a draft Habitats Regulations Appraisal.
Notice is also given under section 18 (2) (a) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that the CNPA has reviewed and amended the Core Paths Plan under section 20.
