Job Title: Reception & Admin Assistant

Salary: £16,550 – 21,031 (Pro-rata) (Band A) plus excellent benefits such as flexitime, generous annual leave and a defined pension scheme to name just a few

Contract: Fixed Term (2 years)

Working Hours: Monday- Friday (22.5 hours per week)

Location: National Park Headquarters, Grantown on Spey

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception & Admin Assistant to join our team; this is a great opportunity to join a fast paced and high performing organisation at a truly exciting time for Scotland’s National Parks.

You will provide a courteous and helpful first point of contact to all external customers on behalf of the Cairngorms National Park Authority. You are expected to contribute to the smooth running of the Cairngorms National Park Authority Grantown-on-Spey office, and provide administrative, housekeeping and reception services for all staff in the office. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to the organisers of the Europarc Conference, which CNPA is hosting in September 2018.
