Cairngorms Connections
A free on-line training course designed to help tourism businesses improve the service they provide visitors to the Park
Cairngorms Connections offers training courses to tourism businesses and visitor centres about information on the Park and its many attractions.
As part of the course, users are given a series of scenarios where they must provide a suitable itinerary according to the groups’ requirements and preferences – for example a family of four wanting an adventure holiday.
The course is designed to not only improve customer relations, but it will also help businesses improve their knowledge and understanding of the Park.
The project is unique to the Park and is run by Tourist Board Training and the Park Authority, with funding from the European Social Fund.
The online course has a step-by-step guide to help users and takes around four hours to complete.
