Advisory Forums
The purpose of the Cairngorms National Park Authority is to ensure that the four National Park aims are collectively achieved in a co-ordinated way. The CNPA has a legal duty to convene at least one Advisory Group to help with this task. In fact, there are now five Advisory Forums/Groups, each of which has evolved to suit specific circumstances.
Each Advisory Forum works slightly differently but all are based on the idea of drawing together people from a range of backgrounds to examine and advise on a complex set of issues. The advice of the Forums is available to anyone who seeks it. You can find out more about each Forum and how it works here:

- Land Management Forum – further information will be published shortly
