Latest News on the Core Paths Plan
On Friday 22 January 2010, the CNPA received a direction to adopt the Core Paths Plan from the Scottish Government (read our news release). With the exception of one path at Abernethy, the Reporters’ report accepted all the paths proposed in the Draft Plan, which was consulted on in April 2008. We will now consider all the comments in the report before making any necessary amendments and seeking final board approval on the 19 March 2010. Following approval, the Core Paths Plan will be formally adopted and we will begin implementation.
