Cairngorms National Park Boundary Consultation
Scottish Ministers propose to extend the Cairngorms National Park into Perth & Kinross on, or approximately on, the line proposed in John Swinney’s Cairngorms National Park Boundary Bill
Scottish Natural Heritage – the Scottish Government’s natural heritage advisor – has been asked to consult on and prepare a detailed proposal stating:
- exactly where the extended boundary should lie; and
- the revised allocation of local authority nominations to the CNPA board, taking into account the new boundary.
