Aviemore Design Framework SEA Screening Determination

Under Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Cairngorms National Park Authority has determined, in consultation with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Scottish Natural Heritage and Historic Scotland, that the Aviemore Design Framework is likely to have significant effects and that a strategic environmental assessment is required.

Cairngorms Sustainable Design Guide SEA screening determination

Under Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, the Cairngorms National Park Authority has determined, in consultation with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Scottish Natural Heritage and Historic Scotland, that the Cairngorms Sustainable Design Guide is likely to have significant effects and that a strategic environmental assessment is required.

Cairngorms National Park Core Paths Plan Strategic Environmental Assessment

Under section 13(1) of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004 the Cairngorms National Park Authority, in consultation with the statutory consultees, has determined that Strategic Environmental Assessments of the Core Paths Plan is required.

A copy of the Determination can be inspected at or obtained from the Cairngorms National Park Authority, 14 The Square, Grantown-on-Spey, Morayshire PH26 3HG or Albert Memorial Hall, Station Square, Ballater AB35 5QB.

Cairngorms National Park Plan & Local Plan Strategic Environmental Assessment

Under section 13(1) of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004 the Cairngorms National Park Authority, in consultation with the statutory consultees, has determined that Strategic Environmental Assessments of the National Park Plan and Local Plan are required.

A copy of the Determinations and the subsequent Scoping Reports can be inspected at or obtained from The Cairngorms National Park Authority, 14 The Square, Grantown-on-Spey, Morayshire PH26 3HG or Albert Memorial Hall, Station Square, Ballater, Aberdeenshire AB35 5QB.

Cairngorms National Park Outdoor Access Strategy & Cairngorms Forest and Woodland Framework Strategic Environmental Assessment

Under Section 13(1) of the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes (Scotland) Regulations 2004 the Cairngorms National Park Authority, in consultation with the Statutory Consultees, has determined that Strategic Environmental Assessments of the Outdoor Access Strategy and the Cairngorms Forest and Woodland Framework are required.
