Planning & Development Control
Responsible for policy and delivery of the Cairngorms National Park Authority's (CNPA) planning function; specifically call-in of planning applications, determination of called-in applications, enforcement, preparation of the Local Plan, policy and guidance on development control, and all matters related to planning and development control.
