Job Title: Head of Communications
Salary: £45,276 – £51,809 (Band F) plus excellent benefits such as flexitime, generous annual leave and a defined pension scheme to name just a few
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, although part-time hours of 30 per week may be considered
Location: Grantown on Spey
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Communications to lead our Communications & Engagement Team.
You will be responsible for leading and implementing communications for the CNPA, including developing various strategies, campaigns, engaging innovatively with diverse audiences and ensuring the organisation is seen on the key issues affecting the National Park. You will work on influencing behaviour change in people in key areas such as climate change, nature and being active. Alongside senior management, you will ensure the CNPA’s reputation and key stakeholder relationships are effectively managed and help develop the Corporate Plan and National Park Partnership Plan. You will be managing a team of five, and building on a strong foundation. As a Head of Service, you will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver their individual contributions to the organisation.
