How to get here
Located on the viewing platform at the RSPB Gordonhall "Lookout" Hide at Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve. Parking is available in the public car park a short distance away.
Depending on the type of device you use, it is possible that you may get some of the platform rail in your shot. You may need to adjust the zoom slightly so that the rail doesn't appear in the photograph.

Insh Marshes National Nature reserve is one of the most important wetlands in Europe, supporting large numbers of wildfowl and wading birds and a number of rare invertebrates. Hear the wonderful Whooper swans as they come to spend the winter months on the reserve and in the spring you’ll see and hear curlew, redshank and lapwing.
