To give the requisite notification of a discussion on possible changes to standing orders. 

Recommendations 

That the Board take note. 

Executive Summary 

With the changes in Board size which take effect on 2nd October, there will probably need 
to be some changes to the CNPAÕs existing standing orders, not least to change the 
quorum. There will also need to be a decision on how to fill the vacancy of Deputy 
Convener. In accordance with standing orders, this paper is simply to notify Members that 
potential changes to Standing Orders will be considered at the next Board meeting.
