Purpose 

To present the Audit Committee’s Annual Report to the Board. 


Recommendation 

The Board is requested to note its Audit Committee’s Annual Report. 


Executive Summary 

The Audit Committee is required to report annually to the Board on its activities. The paper 
presented here sets out the second such annual report, covering the Committee’s activities 
from September 2005 to December 2006. 

The report was agreed by the Committee at its meeting on 15 December 2006.
