Our Community … A Way Forward is an approach to bringing residents and agencies together to agree priorities for action to improve the quality of life in local communities. It was piloted during 2007/early 2008 in Advie & Cromdale, Dulnain Bridge and Grantown-on-Spey.
The final report on this pilot was published in March 2008. Since then a number of communities have produced their Action Plans. These can be downloaded below. (Please note: four original action plans can be found in the report. However these have since been updated and are available below).
A Community Action Planning Toolkit has also been produced as part of the pilot and is intended to be a guide for Community Councils and groups who want to influence Community Planning in their area.
