Item 7AA Post Committee Applications Update

This document contains an update for the Cairngorms National Park Authority (Park Authority) Planning Committee on applications that the committee has already approved, but where outstanding developer contributions or legal agreements are holding up the issuing of the decision notices. Specifically, it highlights two applications that have exceeded the three-month reporting period, one for affordable housing in Aviemore and another for flats on a former filling station site. While there have been delays, including those due to Covid-19, officers are confident that progress is being made and that all parties are working towards resolution. The Planning Committee will get further updates in future meetings.
