Next set of Local Development Plan surveys open for feedback
The next set of surveys have been launched to collect views on issues affecting the people who live and work in the Cairngorms National Park, to inform our next Local Development Plan.
The Local Development Plan, a statutory requirement for the Park Authority, helps guide development in the National Park, including where affordable housing and community facilities will go.
People who live and work in the National Park can use the dedicated Local Development Plan website to provide feedback on a series of topics that will go live in stages.
The housing, flood risk and water management, retail and town centres, climate change, local living and 20-minute neighbourhoods and site assessment methodology surveys are the fifth set to be launched on the site and will be open to comments until 26 September 2025.
