The Big 9 – Thank You!

Big Park Big Questions – the consultation on the next Cairngorms National Park Partnership Plan (2017-22) – closed on 30th September. We would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to ‘The Big 9’ and to all those who shared news about the consultation on social media.

The Cairngorms NPPP is a management plan for the whole Park, setting out a vision and overarching strategy for managing the area. It sets out how all those with a responsibility for the Park will co-ordinate their work to tackle the most important issues.

Responses are now being looked at closely by the team with the proposed NPPP going before the CNPA board  in December and then submitted to Ministers for approval in the spring of 2017.
