December 2019
In December 2019 we were delighted to welcome Chris Clark of Nethergill Farm in the Yorkshire Dales to the Forum.
Chris was presenting his work on “Farming the Uplands Profitably” and explained that his research showed that every hill farm has an ideal stocking rate, or “Maximum Sustainable Output” after which, farm profitability begins to suffer.
