Equality Advisory Panel - April 2023

This document contains the minutes from the Equality Advisory Panel (EAP) meeting held virtually on 25 April 2023. The meeting included a welcome, a review of actions from the previous meeting, and updates on active communities in Badenoch and Strathspey. Sjoerd Tel and Anna Ronayne presented progress on sustainable transport, focusing on communication and community involvement, and received feedback from the panel on language and inclusivity. Brenna Jessie, the Digital Content Manager, discussed changes to the Cairngorms National Park Authority's (CNPA) communications approach, seeking input on positive messaging and improvements to social media channels and the website. The panel provided suggestions on accessibility, representation, and website functionality. Lastly, the panel agreed to delay the in-person meeting from July/August to September/October due to resourcing. The next meeting is scheduled for 30 May 2023.
