Title: BOARD COM­MIT­TEE DRAFT MINUTES

Pur­pose

This paper presents the draft minutes of the pub­lic meet­ing of the Per­form­ance Com­mit­tee which took place on 13^th May 2022 and the Audit & Risk Com­mit­tee which took place on 27^th May 2022. These draft minutes are cur­rently being reviewed by Com­mit­tee Chair and have not yet been adop­ted by the Committees.

Meet­ings of the Resources Com­mit­tee and Gov­ernance Com­mit­tee were also sched­uled to take place on 13^th May 2022 but had to be res­ched­uled to 2^nd June 2022 and there­fore the draft minutes of these meet­ings are not ready for cir­cu­la­tion at the time of writ­ing this paper. These draft minutes will be cir­cu­lated out with the nor­mal board cycle.

Recom­mend­a­tions

a) The Board is asked to note the draft minutes of the Per­form­ance and Audit & Risk Com­mit­tee meetings.
