This document contains the agenda for the Cairngorms National Park Authority Planning Committee meeting on 10 December 2021. The meeting includes welcome and apologies, declaration of interest, the minutes from the previous meeting and matters arising. There are four detailed planning permissions to be discussed, which include erection of a bothy and formation of access track, erection of bothy and associated service route, erection of a Discovery Hub, Learning Hub and Hilltop Hub and alterations to a visitor centre and the erection of 8 industrial units. The recommendations are to approve all permissions subject to conditions. Also on the agenda are any other business and the date of the next meeting and quorum requirement.
