Pur­pose

This paper presents the Audit & Risk Committee’s terms of reference.

Recom­mend­a­tions

The Audit & Risk Com­mit­tee is asked to:

a) Con­sider the terms of ref­er­ence for the Audit & Risk Com­mit­tee and con­sider any amend­ments to be made to the scope and remit of the committee’s oversight.

Exec­ut­ive Summary

1. The Authority’s Audit and Risk com­mit­tee works to a remit con­tained in the Terms of Ref­er­ence (ToR) for Board committees.
2. The latest ToR are included in Annex 1 to this paper.
3. The Com­mit­tee is invited to review the ToR and to con­sider wheth­er any changes or updates are required.
