This document contains the agenda for the Cairngorms National Park Authority Planning Committee meeting on 24 January 2020, which was held at 12 noon in the Community Hall, Boat of Garten. The agenda includes welcoming remarks, apologies, the minutes from the previous meeting on 13 December 2019, and declarations of interest. There were three applications for planning permission: one for seven houses (five affordable) at Lettoch Road, Nethy Bridge; one for 14 dwellings at Dalfaber Drive, Aviemore; and one for a house and garage at Dulicht Court, Grantown on Spey. All three applications are recommended for approval, subject to conditions, with a developer contribution also recommended for the Aviemore application. The agenda also includes any other business and the date of the next meeting with quorum requirement.
