20250034 DET Site Visit Itinerary 13 June 2025

This document contains information about a Cairngorms National Park Authority (Park Authority) Planning Committee site visit scheduled for 13 June 2025, to Land 160M South of Lynstock Park, Nethy Bridge, to review a planning application for a residential development of 35 units, including an access road and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS). The purpose of the visit is to help Planning Committee members understand the site's context, and they will receive a briefing note beforehand; participants are advised to follow instructions, read the 'Planning Committee Site Visits' document, dress appropriately, and meet at the Park Authority offices in Grantown-on-Spey at 9.30am for a bus to the site, with the visit including a site overview and walk around, concluding by approximately 10.45am. The planning committee members will consider the application at a meeting on 27 June 2025.
