This document contains the agenda for the Cairngorms National Park Authority Planning Committee meeting on 14 May 2021. The meeting will be held virtually at 10am. Items on the agenda include a welcome, apologies, minutes from the previous meeting on 23 April 2021, and declarations of interest. There are three detailed planning permission applications to be discussed: redevelopment of a former school in Tomintoul to create 12 affordable homes, formation of a track in Insh, Kingussie, and reconfiguration of a car park with infrastructure for camper vans at Cairngorm Mountain Ciste Car Park. All three applications have a recommendation to approve subject to conditions. The committee will also discuss a consultation on draft supplementary guidance for housing and developer obligations and the date of the next meeting.
