Plan­ning Applic­a­tion 2022/0305/DET — Erec­tion of 21no dwell­ings at Nethy­bridge Sta­tion Yard Sta­tion Road Nethy Bridge.

Pur­pose

The pur­pose of this site vis­it is to help Plan­ning Com­mit­tee Mem­bers to under­stand the phys­ic­al con­text of the site and the land it occu­pies. Inform­a­tion on the applic­a­tion sub­mit­ted is avail­able with­in the Com­mit­tee Reports of 11 August 2023 which are avail­able on the CNPA website.

Advice and require­ments for the day:

1. Fol­low the instruc­tions of the Con­ven­or and the Plan­ning Officer lead­ing the site visit.

3. A risk assess­ment has been pre­pared for the site vis­it and par­tic­u­lar care is required by par­ti­cipants to ensure they are appro­pri­ately dressed for cold/​wet weather.
4. Plan­ning Com­mit­tee Mem­bers can travel togeth­er from the CNPA offices in Grant­own-on-Spey at 9:15am or make their own arrange­ments for travel to and from the site visit.
5. Mem­bers of the pub­lic must make their own arrange­ments for travel to and from the site vis­it. There are pub­lic car parks and on-street car park­ing in Nethy Bridge.

Itin­er­ary 0930 – All site vis­it par­ti­cipants meet at the applic­a­tion site, off Sta­tion Road. The meet­ing point is iden­ti­fied on the loc­a­tion map on the fol­low­ing page and has a what3words ref­er­ence of ///emeralds.liner.judges. The Plan­ning Com­mit­tee Con­vener and Plan­ning Officer will lead the brief­ing for vis­it and safety briefing.

0935 – All site vis­it par­ti­cipants will view the site from meet­ing point Plan­ning Officer will point out rel­ev­ant features.

0940 (approx.) – Par­ti­cipants will then walk around the site. Plan­ning Officer will point out rel­ev­ant features.

0950 (approx.) — Site vis­it ends and plan­ning com­mit­tee mem­bers return inde­pend­ently to par­ti­cip­ate in Plan­ning Com­mit­tee meeting.
