Title: ²⁰²²⁄₂₃ Estim­ated out­turn Pre­pared by: Louise Allen, Head of Fin­ance and Cor­por­ate Oper­a­tions Pur­pose This paper presents an update on the estim­ated out­turn pos­i­tion for the ²⁰²²⁄₂₃ fin­an­cial year.

Recom­mend­a­tions The Com­mit­tee is asked to: a) Con­sider the estim­ated out­turn pos­i­tion for the ²⁰²²⁄₂₃ fin­an­cial year.

Over­view

1. The pro­cess of clos­ing the accounts for the ²⁰²²⁄₂₃ fin­an­cial year is near­ing com­ple­tion. The audit field­work was car­ried out between mid-Septem­ber and mid- Octo­ber. While the final pos­i­tion will not be estab­lished until the audit opin­ion has been issued, we have not been asked to make any changes to the draft accounts. Con­sequently, the draft fig­ures remain a fair indic­a­tion of the fin­an­cial per­form­ance for the year.
2. The estim­ated out­turn pos­i­tion for ²⁰²²⁄₂₃ presen­ted to the Com­mit­tee in August was as sum­mar­ised below. There have been no fur­ther changes to the results.
