BIG Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Terms & con­di­tions Sub­mis­sion of an entry will be taken to mean accept­ance of the com­pet­i­tion rules and the terms and conditions.

Rules

1. It is free to take part, the organ­isers are Cairngorms Nation­al Park Author­ity (CNPA)
2. The com­pet­i­tion is open to people liv­ing in the UK over the age of 18 at the clos­ing date mid­day 6^th May 2022.
3. There is no entry fee and no pur­chase neces­sary to enter this competition.
4. The prize is 2 night’s stay in a Bad­aguish camp­ing pod arriv­ing on the 13^th May and check­ing out on the 15^th May and a 3‑course din­ner for 2 at Mac­Don­ald Aviemore Resort, choose from their sig­na­ture res­taur­ant Aspects or Giovanni’s Itali­an, com­pli­ment­ary bottle of wine included. No altern­at­ives to the prize will be offered.
5. All entries must be received by mid­day 6 May no late sub­mis­sions will be con­sidered. No respons­ib­il­ity can be accep­ted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The lan­guage used in the sub­mis­sion must be English.
7. By enter­ing this com­pet­i­tion, an entrant is indic­at­ing their agree­ment to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Only one entry will be accep­ted per per­son. Mul­tiple entries from the same per­son will be disqualified.
9. Win­ners will be chosen at ran­dom by soft­ware from all entries received and veri­fied by CNPA
10. Route to entry for the com­pet­i­tion and details of how to enter are via the Cairngorms Nature BIG Week­end website.

How to Sub­mit Entries can be sub­mit­ted through the online form, found on the Cairngorms Nature BIG Week­end website.

1. A max­im­um of one entry per per­son will be per­mit­ted, no bulk or third-party entries.
2. The entrant must provide their name, email address and con­tact num­ber for the entry to be valid.
3. Incom­plete entries or entries that do not com­ply with the form­al spe­cific­a­tions will be auto­mat­ic­ally disqualified.

1. By par­ti­cip­at­ing in this com­pet­i­tion, the entrant con­firms and war­rants that:

1. CNPA’s pri­vacy state­ment applies to all per­son­al data col­lec­ted dur­ing the sub­mis­sion of entries for the com­pet­i­tion. CNPA is the data con­trol­ler for this project.

When the com­pet­i­tion closes, we will con­firm a win­ner, and send all entries a fol­low up email to announce the win­ner. After this, unless you choose to opt in to fur­ther com­mu­nic­a­tions, we will delete your per­son­al data.

Announce­ment of winners

1. CNPA will con­tact the win­ner on 6 May 2022.

a) Win­ners will be con­tac­ted by email and phone and will need to con­firm their accept­ance of the prize with­in two hours of noti­fic­a­tion or anoth­er win­ner will be selec­ted. We will repeat this pro­cess as neces­sary with a 2 hour response win­dow until a win­ner is confirmed.

b) After con­firm­a­tion, the win­ner will be announced on the Cairngorms Nature BIG Week­end web­site and on social media.

1. The short­l­is­ted final­ists and win­ner may be asked to offer sup­port to pro­mo­tion­al activ­it­ies related to the com­pet­i­tion. This is not com­puls­ory but strongly encouraged.

2. The prizes non-nego­ti­able, non-trans­fer­able, non-refund­able and can­not be exchanged.
