- LOAF members are asked to review the draft document “Informal consultation summary” in Appendix 1 and provide any feedback or comments.
- Discussion session – LOAF members are asked to provide thoughts and views on the key matters of interest that have arisen from the informal consultation. These will be introduced via PowerPoint presentation during the meeting. Background Core paths form a network of paths that should provide the public with reasonable and sufficient access throughout the Cairngorms National Park. The objectives of core path network are that it will: a) help to conserve the Park’s natural and cultural heritage and encourage people to enjoy it in a responsible way b) help those living and working on the land manage access c) help to deliver the priorities for each area identified in Active Cairngorms d) provide for a wide range of activities e) be accessible to the widest possible range of users f) include a wide range of popular routes g) include paths within, around and between communities and to public transport connections and places of local importance
