Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan 2021

This document contains the Cairngorms National Park's Local Development Plan for 2021, which guides future building development in the area. The plan aims to guide new development so there's enough land in appropriate locations to meet the needs for housing, jobs, and services, while protecting the environment. It sets out a strategy for development that includes sites and proposals, along with policies for making decisions on planning permission. The plan focuses on the five-year period up to 2025, but also looks ahead to 2030 and gives a general idea of development up to 20 years in the future.
