Draft Minutes 16 January 2026

This document contains the draft minutes from a special meeting of the Resources Committee, held online by the Cairngorms National Park Authority at their office in Grantown-on-Spey on 16 January 2026 at 10am. The Chair explained that this meeting was called specifically because important decisions needed to be made by the end of January, rather than waiting for the next scheduled meeting in February. During the short meeting, which concluded at 10.01am, there were no matters arising, no declarations of interest, and no other business discussed before the committee moved into a confidential session. This confidential session was to protect their ability to conduct public business regarding pay negotiations and to discuss staff pay considerations confidentially. The next meeting is scheduled for 13 February 2026 and will be held in person.
