Fire Management Byelaw

This document contains the Cairngorms National Park Fire Management Byelaws, which were created by the Cairngorms National Park Authority. These byelaws will be effective from 1 April to 30 September each year and specify when it is an offence to light a fire in the National Park. The byelaws state that people who break these rules can be fined, and that it is an offence to obstruct someone authorised by the authority to carry out the byelaws.
