The Park's population is also getting older, and we're seeing more smaller households. To help address these issues, the Cairngorms National Park Authority plans to facilitate the delivery of 850 new homes over the next 10 years. This plan will focus on creating more affordable options, supporting rural communities, and meeting the specific housing needs of groups like Gypsy/Travellers and older people, all in a way that promotes sustainable development and respects the environment.
