1 SRC sup­port the applic­a­tion 2 Has a noise risk assess­ment proven the SRC trains will not pose a prob­lem to the ward build­ing. Trains ocas­sion­ally run in even­ings . There are also oper­a­tion­al needs for trains to use horns & sound whistles. It is noted this build­ing is near­er to the SRC track than to Net­work Rail 3 SRC run a steam rail­way & there will be reg­u­lar steam & smoke issues mainly how­ever from trains leav­ing Aviemore head­ing North 4 SRC are pleased to note that the Net­work Rail rules applic­able to adja­cent con­struc­tion work will apply to SRC & would ask this be made a con­di­tion 5 Any ser­vices taken below SRC’s tracks will need form­al way leave agree­ment with SRC

Although it is noted an acous­tic sur­vey has been car­ried out which seems to say the occa­sion­al noise from passing trains is not an issue the mon­it­or­ing was not adja­cent to the pro­posed Ward building

SRC have been approached in respect of the pro­posed sew­er below their rail­way track & whilst this appears feas­ible there is no tech­nic­al nor com­mer­cial agree­ment in place.
