This is a neut­ral enquiry. Please can someone dir­ect me to the detailed eco­lo­gic­al (flora and fauna) sur­vey for this site giv­en the pre­val­ence of bats that oth­er loc­al res­id­ents have men­tioned pre­vi­ously. How can an applic­a­tion be received by the plan­ning depart­ment on a Sat­urday and pro­cessed that day if offices are closed, espe­cially when close to the date the PIP was expir­ing? Many thanks.
