This document contains plans for a new house at Dalfaber Farmhouse in Aviemore. The plans, drawn by Bracewell Stirling Consulting, show the location of the new house, its block plan, site context, and the proposed site layout. There are also elevations and sections of the house, as well as indicative finishing materials and a tree planting plan. A & R Woodland Consultants Ltd created the Tree Planting Plan. The planning commitee will review this document on 26 August 2022.
