We would how­ever like to raise the fol­low­ing points.

We felt the change from one large house from the exist­ing con­sent to 3 smal­ler units does match the loc­al hous­ing and eco­nom­ic needs. We how­ever felt that it was an over­de­vel­op­ment for the size of the plot and acknow­ledge that neigh­bours oppos­ite could feel over­looked. We felt the site was suit­able for 2 houses or poten­tially to rotate the prop­er­ties across the site. We do note how­ever the scale of the houses is sim­il­ar to nearby hous­ing in Cor­rour Road. It is unclear from the plans sub­mit­ted wheth­er the road net­works ori­gin­al design is suit­able for 4 addi­tion­al park­ing spaces and the asso­ci­ated vehicle movements.
