This document contains community council comments regarding agenda item 5, appendix 3. Specifically, the Nethy Bridge and Vicinity Community Council discussed the application for 21 houses at Station Yard, Nethy Bridge at their October meeting. While they welcome the much needed affordable housing, they are concerned that the buildings are now planned to be two stories instead of one and a half, as previously discussed. Additionally, there has been some disappointment from potential neighbours about being overlooked.
