Good Morn­ing

The applic­a­tion for 21 houses at Sta­tion Yard, Nethy Bridge was dis­cussed at Nethy Bridge & Vicin­ity Com­munity Council’s Octo­ber meet­ing. We wish to con­tin­ue as stat­utory consultees.

Mem­bers wel­come the build­ing of much needed afford­able hous­ing but are slightly con­cerned that they were now to be two storey, rather than the ¹¹⁄₂ dis­cussed at a pre­vi­ous meeting.

There has been some anec­dot­al dis­ap­point­ment from poten­tial neigh­bours about being overlooked.
