The Com­munity Coun­cil see the devel­op­ment of the Inver­cauld Arms as a pos­it­ive for Brae­mar and its Com­munity. We would how­ever been keen to ensure that the applic­ant has factored in suf­fi­cient staff accom­mod­a­tion so as not to add a fur­ther bur­den to an already over­stretched village.
