They will be an asset to the com­munity, and loc­al busi­nesses. There is a severe short­age of hous­ing in Nethy­bridge. No doubt some may be hol­i­day homes. Nethy­bridge would not be the vil­lage it is now without tour­ists and indeed second homes. I don’t believe just because people have man­aged to pur­chase a house in the vil­lage they should be able to stop a much needed devel­op­ment. I am sure most of the homes will be occu­pied and hope­fully add to the school role.
