Item 6 Appendix 3A Objections 20210166DET Braemar Housing

This document contains public representations objecting to planning application APP/2021/1044 and 2021/0166/DET for the erection of 15 dwellinghouses and associated infrastructure at Kindrochit Court, Mar Road, Braemar, Aberdeenshire. Concerns raised include the new access road leading to the destruction of ancient woodland and natural habitats, increased risk of flooding, the design of the homes not being in keeping with the village, material error in the planning application and inadequate access to the site and potential for the site to be flooded. Some residents also expressed concerns about the increased traffic, noise and light pollution, impact on wildlife, loss of privacy, and disturbance to residents, with the potential for existing business to be destroyed.
