Re the above plan­ning applic­a­tion, I wish to express my con­cern as to how emer­gency ser­vices, doc­tors, post­men, deliv­ery drivers and home own­ers are going to gain access to their prop­er­ties, as the cur­rent plans appear to show a bol­lard block­ing the road down to these properties.

How will this work?? Will a key be giv­en to the homeown­ers that reside on this part of Mar Road?

This has been a main route access for over 30 years and worked very well and I am hop­ing it will con­tin­ue to in the future. Are there any oth­er ideas that could be put in place or is this a def­in­ite plan?

I believe the plan­ning officer for this applic­a­tion is Stephanie Wade and she is more than wel­come to call me on I look for­ward to hear­ing from you.
