Morning Received the neighbour notification letter and would like to submit my concerns

These are about access and disruption during the build so not sure if this is the right place.

  1. Safe access and egress to homes during building, at the moment the site office/yard shares the same access as the pedestrian crossing to access and egress homes. This has not been a problem but will be a potential risk to residents if not relocated to phase 3 area (within area of planning application) on site which is about 150 meters away. When building works restart.

See photos of current area:

  1. During the building so far there was strict restrictions on working times. No work after 1pm Saturdays. No work on Sundays and bank holidays etc. Will this be the same to give residents some escape from the disruption?

  2. Access to all parts of the site will only use the areas within the planning application? No use of residential street will be used apart from access and egress of construction site?

  3. A robust road cleaning provision will be put in place when materials being delivered and removed covering the residential street in dirt? Thanks you
