Re: Applic­a­tion 2023/0199/DET

The mem­bers of Nethy Bridge & Vicin­ity Com­munity Coun­cil main­tain their oppos­i­tion to the pro­posed pods/​campsite devel­op­ment on envir­on­ment­al impact issues. This area is home to sev­er­al import­ant spe­cies and sev­er­al envir­on­ment­al des­ig­na­tions. Fur­ther­more, we believe the road is unsuit­able for the increase in traffic that this devel­op­ment would cause. We would there­fore ask the com­mit­tee to refuse this application.
