It includes Appendix I, which is the applicant's Environmental Report (ER) Figure 6.2, showing the Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV) for the proposed Garbet wind farm, including the National Park boundary and viewpoint locations. The ZTV map indicates areas where 1-2, 3-4, or 5-7 turbines may be theoretically visible, based on computer-generated data that doesn't account for vegetation or buildings.
