This document contains a Habitats Regulations Appraisal for proposed forest track works near Lynwilg, Aviemore. The appraisal, dated 1 September 2022, assesses the potential impact of the works on the River Spey Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and its qualifying interests, including Atlantic salmon, freshwater pearl mussel, sea lamprey, and otter.
