Comment Details Commenter Type: Community Council Stance: Customer objects to the Planning Application Comment Reasons: Comment:Kincraig is a small rural village and does not have the infrastructure to cope with 70 + proposed houses, we have a very limited bus service, no train station and no shop. Alvie Primary school is at full capacity. We have an extremely high proportion of holiday homes and this development would exacerbate this issue, what we need is Affordable homes and Rentals. The CNPA requirement in Aviemore is 45% Affordable Homes and yet this development is under 20%. The housing adjacent to this development is 28 homes so 70+ seems excessive. The CNPA settlement objectives are delivery of housing to meet local needs, particularly affordable housing.
