This document contains comments for planning application 2019/0113/DET, regarding alterations to a hill track at Meall Tionail Access Track, Blair Atholl. A member of the public, Mr Nick Kempe, objects to the application as submitted. His main concern is that the borrow pits have not been properly restored, which is having a negative impact on the landscape. Mr Kempe believes that the Cairngorms National Park Authority (CNPA) should ask for a proper plan to restore the vegetation in the borrow pits and merge them with the surrounding landforms.
