Pro­posed devel­op­ment at Lion’s Face Quarry Braemar

I appre­ci­ate that it may be too late to have this e‑mail taken into con­sid­er­a­tion by the Plan­ning Com­mit­tee non­ethe­less, at last night’s meet­ing of the Brae­mar Com­munity Coun­cil, it was agreed that I should write to you in sup­port of Inver­cauld Estate’s plan­ning applic­a­tion, ref­er­ence 2021/0258/DET, which has been called in by the CNPA.

The Lion’s Face Quarry is an area which would bene­fit from devel­op­ment and the pro­pos­al would provide some much needed com­mer­cial units for the village.

We would encour­age the com­mit­tee to find in favour of this application.
