This document contains community council comments on two planning applications, 2023/0056/DET and 23/00410/FUL, both proposing the erection of 14 houses at the former Aviemore Primary School Milton Park Aviemore. Aviemore & Vicinity Community Council (AVCC) supports both applications, noting the need for public sector housing in the area. While supporting the 2023/0056/DET application, AVCC acknowledges concerns from some residents regarding increased traffic and loss of car parking, expressing hope that these issues can be addressed. AVCC also believes the 23/00410/FUL application will enhance the area as the site is currently an eyesore.
